The Pilates Method is a comprehensive exercise and rehabilitation program designed by Joseph Pilates. This mind and body program works to heal, restore, strengthen and invigorate the body and focus the mind.
My Pilates classes are designed to increase strength and flexibility without adding bulk. We will work on the mat and reformer to target the “powerhouse” muscle group of the body: the buttocks, abdomen and lower back.
