Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga during and after pregnancy. However, there are a few things to avoid in order to make your prenatal yoga experience safe and enjoyable. This is why it is important to have an experienced prenatal yoga teacher and the consent from your doctor before you begin any type of yoga classes.
