In 2010 I had the opportunity to assist, with 2 other great friends, my teacher Shiva Rea in Kerala, India. We had amazing yoga classes, visited temples and special places. We pampered with ayurvedic massages, great food, and beautiful sights. We had the opportunity to connect with the locals as well with like-minded people from all over the world.
