I‘m not flexible. I don’t have a yoga body. Is this program right for me?
There's a huge misconception about having to be flexible or that you have to be thin in order to practice yoga. This is ridiculous! Yoga is for EVERY body, regardless of shape, size, background, religion, and gender. It's one of the things I love about it!
If you have a body and you practice yoga, you have a YOGA BODY.
Is this program low-impact?
Yoga and Pilates are mindful practices that are completely no-impact and it is the perfect exercise for people who are recovering from injury or have limited mobility. But as always, feel free to modify the movements for what feels best for you!
How long before I see results?
Results vary from person to person and on how often you practice. Just like strengthening any muscle, it takes time. I recommend recording your baseline where before you begin the program and then track results week by week. It's important to practice for at least 20 minutes a day, longer for best results. The key is consistency.
Can men do this program?
Of course! Despite what many people think, men suffer from stress, body image, insomnia, and anxiety, and more. Yoga is an equal opportunity practice, open to all ages, sizes and genders. In fact, yoga was taught by men to men before Indra Devi convinced a Yoga teacher to teach her. Thanks to her, many women are able to teach and practice yoga today!

The new monthly theme/topic and all related content is released on the 15th of each month.
What is the price of membership?
The monthly fee for membership is $49, and the annual fee is $490 with two months free. If you join today, you’ll receive a special price of $30 per month or $300 for the year (includes 2 free months).
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or commitments.
Do I get charged automatically every month?
Yes, with our monthly plans your first payment will be due the day you joined. Your membership will automatically continue monthly for as long as you choose to remain a member. If you enrolled in the annual plan, you will be charged on the day you joined and on the same day every year.
